Owens Industrial Estate
Owens Industrial Estate was a large project for Innovative Aluminium and Glass, with the customer looking for a distinctly modern and efficient building design. The project involved industrial aluminium and glazing, a large office partition area, complete with a meeting room, splash back glass for the kitchens, and all mirrors inside bathrooms and the waiting area.
The external glazing needed to be rugged, so we installed modern 6.38mm toughened glass SuperBlue to ensure that the building would be able to weather any conditions.

What was most critical of all for Owens Industrial Estate, however, was that the project was completed on time, and on a short deadline. At Innovative Aluminium and Glass we take a great deal of pride in our ability to meet our customer’s most stringent deadlines. When a project requires it, we are able to work at all hours, and we provide a guarantee that when a deadline is agreed with a customer, that we will meet that deadline.
For Owens Industrial Estate the result has been a glassy, open industrial building, allowing plenty of natural light to flow through, and the impression that there were minimal corridors thanks to the use of glass partitions rather than walls. Because this was also delivered on time, the client experienced minimal disruption in getting up and running.
